LITTLE PIX is committed to child safety. We want children to be safe, happy and empowered.

We support and respect all children, as well as our staff and clients.

We are committed to the safety, participation and empowerment of all children.

If a child does not wish to be photographed, we ensure that child is heard.

Our staff will work with the children to make them feel comfortable and at ease in the photographic setting.

If they are distressed by the unfamiliar faces, Little Pix staff will talk to the Childcare Representative

for them to discuss with the child’s parent about being unable to obtain a “consented” photo of their child.

Little Pix will refund the customer their pre-purchased package if our staff are unable to obtain a

satisfactory photograph of a child, as per our standards, the recommendation of the Childcare Representative,

or the instruction of the contacted parent / carer.

While our aim is to create the most treasured memories for parents of their children’s early childhood years,

Little Pix respects the rights of the child and their needs in the process of achieving this outcome.
